Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is David Dipuglia and I am the new owner of South Equipment Group. Before I acquired ownership of South Equipment, I entered the store to purchase a trimmer and was faced with extremely poor customer service. As a customer who also received terrible customer service, I can totally understand the negative reviews that the company received. As I stood there waiting to be taken care of for a lengthy period of time, I thought to myself "this place has so much potential!" When I finally spoke to the owner, I not only purchased the trimmer I was looking for, but I also purchased the entire business itself. I have been a business owner for over 25 years and understand what it takes to run a professional, customer service oriented business. I have no doubt that I could turn this negative reputation into a highly successful family owned and run business. I have reestablished relations with STIHL, Bad Boy Mowers, Gravely, Toro Cub Cadet and many more . With faith in my hand, I have transitioned our business to focus on quality products and the highest level of customer service.
